Plum Flowers in February - Early Start of Spring?

It's my first time to have a plum tree and I don't know it's early or not. Just we had a warm winter and cottonwoods being green little early. Also saved a lot of money on FUEL, good part of warmer weather! Hope the incoming storms don't bring down freezing cold weather.

Controlled burn on the foothills and field of east side of Huachuca Mountains, and west of Sierra Vista, AZ. Burned 1884 acre based on the information from GACC-SWCC.
